watching basketball!! Go Thunder!!
Has been an interesting week. Watching the Thunder at Dallas and very proud of our guys!! It is the second game and looken good so far!!
I have been working on the cabin getting it cleaned up. The chicks were in the dining room and it needed a clean up. by the way the chicks are doing wonderful. They love being outside. they have really feathered out.
the cabin yard looks really neat. I mowed and put the new cushions on the chairs and it really is pretty.
I have been cooking this week. It has been awhile since I have felt like cooking. Thanks to Guy I made chicken parmigiana and it was GREAT!! Tonight Paula was my inspiration, Chocolate Spiced Pork chop, woo, was it ever good. I don't think I have ever made a better chop!! Thanks Paula. then today I made Brioche Bread. I have tried at least four times in the last five years and NEVER have been able to make it right. Well it's on the stove cooling and looks perfect!! I have FINALLY MADE IT!!! Also today made chicken stock. I will can it tomorrow. It is suppose to rain tomorrow so that will be the perfect time to can the stock and pressure cook some chicken. I just feel like I should be doing more for the pantry.
Well fans the 4th quarter is fixing to start and I need to put all my attention on the game!!!
