Hadn't seen deer in what seemed like forever.  I was worried they had moved on.  In the last two weeks I have seen a lot!!  Last night when I went out feed, it was right at dusk.  There were 10 to 15 deer on the hill.  I was a thrill  to see them.  The night before we went to the store and on the way we saw again a small herd of does and little ones.    I don't know why they are so special.  Seeing a herd of deer is like peaking into nature.    They are so elusive and they blend in to the landscape so well there is no telling how many are out there that we don't see or notice.   As we were driving down the road we saw two on the road and I looked over and saw 6 or 8 more.  It's good to see them again.
