Canning the food

Now that I have cooked all the food for the storm it's time to can what we haven't eaten yet. 
Yesterday I canned six quarts of meatloaf and made my chicken stock.  I'm canning the chicken stock today.  There just isn't anything better than home made chicken stock!  You can use it in everything!!  The meatloaf isn't bad either. 
The babies are doing great!!  They are growing  and tomorrow they will start their three bottles a day. 
I have enough milk to make cheese now and I think the first cheese I'm going to make is mozzarella.  Mozzarella over stuffed mushrooms for the Super Bowl, sounds yummy!!! Have a great week!!
